Meet the Registered Dietitian Behind the Nutrition Bootcamp

Melissa Schuster MS, RDN, CDN, IFNCP

As a registered dietitian specializing in integrative nutrition, I take a whole-health, individualized approach — focusing not only on what you eat, but on the root causes of your health concerns, including your medical history, lifestyle, stress, and more. My goal is to help you achieve your unique health goals so you can go about your life with more ease, energy, and confidence.

I have extensive experience providing nutrition counseling for a wide range of health concerns, including weight management, GLP-1 medication support, perimenopause and menopause nutrition, gastrointestinal and gut health, cardiovascular disease, inflammatory diseases, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and insulin resistance. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University, an advanced certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition (IFNCP), and completed a 1,600-hour dietetic internship at the James J. Peters Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Having worked through my own nutrition and health challenges, I know that committing to a lifestyle change like this can feel overwhelming.
