The PEACE Method is my signature 1-on-1 nutrition coaching program designed specifically for busy moms who are done with dieting. Over four months, we work together through a whole-person framework — Past to Present, Energy Balance, Attention to Mindset, Confidence Building, and Enhanced Lifestyle — to address the root causes of weight gain rather than just the symptoms. As an MS, RDN, and IFNCP-certified dietitian, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience as a mom of three to every client relationship. No calorie counting, no restriction, no one-size-fits-all meal plan — just a personalized approach that fits your real life. Drawing on four years of counseling thousands of weight loss patients at a NYC hospital and 200+ private clients, I have the expertise to help you lose weight for good.
